Post by jaterrell48 » Sun Feb 12, 2012 7:14 pm

Does anyone have a problem with nasal drainage after using your CPAP. I am having a terrible time with this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using a humidifier? If so at what setting?
If at a low setting...try increasing the setting.
If at a high setting...try decreasing the setting.
If you aren't using a humidifier.....get one and use it.

Nasal congestion and/or drainage is a common response to the air going up the nasal passageway.
It disturbs the natural moisture balance in the nasal mucosa.
Some people need more moisture...some people need less moisture but it is a common complaint.
