I need product help

Post by sin » Thu Mar 19, 2009 12:40 pm

I am in the process of comparing a few alternatives and just wanted some more first hand input. The products i wish to know about are ResMed's VPAP III STA and their VPAP ST. Anyone using these products? What do you think? I researched their website and all i can find is how good they are, but are there any problems or areas of concern with them? Are they easy to operate? Can someone that doesnt know much english still work one to full extent? I want to know as much as possible since they are not cheap, so tear them apart if you have some experience with these products.

Sorry for all the questions.....just want to know more about these specifically. Doc said we need something with a back-up rate and recomended these.

Thanks ahead of time.......

Bumping this. Hoping a Resmed user can comment on this. I haven't used those machines, so I'm no help.

Welcome to the forum! BTW, you seem to have a perfect grasp on English. What's your first language?

Cheers,
Barbara

BTW, you as the original poster can go in and edit the subject line of this post. I'd recommend you add the word "Resmed" to your title line, to increase eyeball-time by people who use Resmed machines.

Cheers,
B.

Hi There---I use Resmed but it is the Elite With EPR, straight CPAP. I love my Resmed!!! It is very cool looking, has an LCD read out window to see my stats, and it has a humidifier that fits right onto the machine. It travels well, and you can buy computer software to read the card that downloads your stats. Everything that I read about the Resmeds is all positive stuff.

Thanks a lot, I acctually did some research on the elite, however it is not good enough for us. And yes we know how good resmed is, thats why we are trying to stick with them.

and Barbara, my first language is Serbian. But i have been here for about 12 years.

thanks
