trying FF mask, resmed AirFit F10, does this look good?

Post by cub4bearin » Wed Mar 07, 2018 10:16 am

Hi everyone.

Wanted to ask You guys if this looks OK/GOOD so far? I am using full face mask Resmed AirFit F10. Planning to upgrade to F20. My biggest concern is if the leak rate looks OK?

This is from last two nights:

Looks pretty darn good from the numbers side.
How is it from the sleep quality side of things?

Weirdly enough I sleep better with full face than with nasal pillows... less pain on nostrils (or lack of it)... and less feeling of air being forced into me. I also got some holder for the hose, which doesn't awake me so much anymore during night.

With nasal pillows I was bale keep my leaking rate lower (I guess, I was chasing it to be as low as possible), but I would be awake so many times during night. With FF mask I was awaken maybe 1 or 2 times last night.

I have found I am much more comfortable with a full face mask. My wife and I have both been using the F20 mask for almost a year, now. We both like the mask, but I am looking forward to trying the new Dreamwear full face mask in couple of months.
