I interviewed a few DME's in the NW suburbs and am happy with Health Technology Resources in Northbrook, http://www.solutionsforsleep.com. I emailed them asking some questions and they got back to me quickly and followed up with me regularly as I fought with my doctor to get my prescription and sleep study report.

I asked for a specific machine (AirSense AutoSet for Her) and when I came in, they had it all ready and setup with my prescription. Absolutely no issue getting exactly what I wanted, just had to ask (e.g. heated tubes, extra filters). He (Eric) explained OSA and walked through my sleep study report with me. He then showed me how to use the machine and fitted me with a masked, trying lots of things and explaining how I can tell if it's a good fit and when to know if I should try a different one. He then went over what insurance will cover, walked through the charges and what I should expect when my rental goes past the new year.

They will either come to your home/office to set you up or you can drive in. I opted to drive in since I'm close by and my house is a mess.
