Z1 HME compatible with other machines?

Z1 HME compatible with other machines?

I am new to CPAP and this site. I travel alot. I am thinking of purchasing the Transcend auto mostly because of the HME. i think I read where someone used hte Z1 HME with their trandscend. has anyone else tried to use the Z1 HME with hteir system?
I have had the prescription for 5 days. Just trying to decide on a machine.
