I think it's a bad idea to go with anything other than Philips Respironics PRS1 or ResMed S9 at this time. Be sure anything you get is fully data capable, including airflow waveforms.

DeVilbiss makes you pay $100 extra for a data module needed to track your data.

Many of us are familiar with the data capabilities of the PRS1 and S9 machines. I'm not sure how the data capabilities of the DeVilbiss and F&P machines compare.

I'm really liking my new S9. Its super quiet and very comfortable pressure relief.

The battery options are much to be desired, so for the meantime I'll keep my AutoM as my long-haul air travel machine since I have two CPAP.com batteries that I use with it. I have 4 international trips for the rest of the year, so far.

I do like the idea of using the C-100 battery with the adapter for the S9 but not for $400-ish.
