Wisp vs Airfit N10

Has anyone compared the Wisp to the Airfit N10?

I just got my Wisp on Mon 6-23-14.
I find it very comfortable and after adding a chin strap I got my first zero AHI.
I have never seen or used an N10 so have no comparison.
