so its without malice? not sure. but there is definitely something going on. depression, dementia, apnea, who knows? its difficult with stuff like this because
unless someone close demands that the person get medical attention AND the person allows them to go to the doctor appt with them, the doctor is in the dark.

I think many people agree that there is more than "not nice" going on in that brain. I agree with you though that there is malice there, Julie. I probably haven't seen even a quarter of the strange posts that you have seen.

It's sad. Maybe a family member will intervene and get him to the doctor...

He's an angry man with nothing better to do than come here to get his frustrations out. Typing, along with the thought process it stimulates is a healthy way to keep the brain cells going... at our expense of course. I'm sure at one time he was a very smart man; and not the mean person we see here. Many older people get angry as they age... and I'm not sure why. Afraid of getting sick and dying I suppose.

Avi, Am I really the problem? You abuse people on the forum, you make threats & you threaten to publish people's personal infomation, these are not the actions of someone that has complete control. The general concensus on this forum is that AVI 123 IS THE PROBLEM!

The sad thing is,the majority of people are correct when they say your problem is Sleep Apnea (Sleep deprived), medications (To many or lack of) Old Age ( Dementia) Maybe one of these or a combination of all, either way Avi I sincerely hope you get the treatment you need as we may all suffer from this as we get older & it's my hope that if it happens with me, someone is willing to help me.

I think we need to extend to avi the same empathy and courtesy we try to give newcomers, but not for the same reason. I just reviewed some nearly 3 year old posts where I responded to avi's comments and questions. Based on one his comments that Uncle_Bill would have to be about 105 in order to actually be an uncle to avi, I'm guessing his age to be around 90 now. In early 2011 I thought avi was just dense. Now he comes across to me as if his clarity of thought is crumbling. I suspect he is showing the effects aging is having on his cognitive skills, and it's not pretty. If that is the case, and I have no way of knowing, I'm just speculating, then no amount of criticism or chastisement will help because he is suffering from a physiological deterioration, and it's not his fault. It's Mother Nature's (or God, or the Great Creator, or whoever you place in that role) fault for creating a biological system that deteriorates in such fashion.

Whatever credit that you had there at the ASAA website with your Sleepy Head you lost with your lousy business approach. Is this the way that you want to promote your baby? Also, whoever read your above post to me would stay away from your SH in favor of ResScan. Resmed could be trusted business- wise while you don't.

Jedimark, your SH program is full of errors. It's been more than three years in which time you could not get all the bugs out. Apparently, you don't know how. The program may need more than a couple of million dollars to have professionals take care of it. But given your nasty personality as you have demonstrated in your above post to me, no U.S. venture capitalists will give you the money. I have experience in this field. So your best bet is to remove yourself from the SH and have another person take over. Otherwise, sooner or later, someone else will replace the SH with a better program, and you'll be staying in Bundaberg for good.[/b]

And I'm quite happy in Bundaberg thanks, it's the best town in Australia!

SleepyHead is open and free, because I believe it was the right choice... anyone willing, who is more capable than me is quite welcome to take the torch, that's the beauty of open source. In fact, if someone else comes up with a better program that fills the need better than I can, I'd be delighted, because I know we damn well need it.

I keep working on SleepyHead for inquisitive people who want to investigate deeper the data provided by their CPAP machines, so they can have a better understanding of their condition.. Me included.

SleepyHead has quite it's share of errors, because I had a lot on my plate up till now that has prevented me from fixing them. I'm quite proud of what I've managed to accomplish despite my health problems. Arrogant jerks like you are what motivate me to try even harder, so thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thankfully I've had a lot of help recently, and things are getting much better.

So thanks again for boosting my motivation!

All I can say is a LOT of work went into it..

Yes, there has been very few commits or updates the last 2 years because of serious health and family problems.. I'm left with chronic migraines, daily fatigue even solid sleep can't resolve, pretty much constant left sided weakness, and a cognitive fog way worse than I've experienced before.. And yet I'm still managing to push my way through it.

I'm glad I've been able to be of service to those who have found my code useful, and yeah, I am disappointed about not being able to do more to resolve these bugs.

This past month I have powering ahead with the code again, and it feels great to be active again! But I sure as heck am not doing this for people like you!
