Whichever Encore software that the doctor's office might be using. Probably Encore Pro but Basic allows it also. That's the main reason that Pro and Basic aren't intended for patient use because of the ability to change the settings via the software...which is really kinda silly because it is easy to change the settings manually at the machine level but that's the mentality.

There is a way to make the setting changes using software that will override the machine.. Not hard for someone familiar with the software but it does take just a little bit of time and effort and most doctor's offices probably won't bother.

The PR S1 machine will store a year's worth of the summary usage and AHI stuff...and about a month's worth of the daily detailed graphs. The only thing that is never saved to the machine is the wave form flow rate graphs because they are so large. This is why the SD card must be in the machine during the night or we don't have wave form graphs.
If you are using the software you have all the detailed graphs anyway so it isn't the end of the world if the SD card gets erased.
Insurance companies only care about summary usage for compliance and that stays on the machine for at least a year.

It's doubtful that your doctor will even bother doing anything above looking at the basic information in the software.
It's rare that they go over the reports with a fine tooth comb unless they have a reason to and even then they don't look real deep.
Some doctor's don't even have the software and they rely on the DME to supply any reports that might be needed.

SleepyHead software the doctor won't have a clue about it. Most don't even know about it because it was written by a patient for patient use.

Respironics does have EncoreViewer available for the patient to purchase. It offers pretty much the same type of reports as Encore Pro but doesn't allow for the patient to implement any changes to any settings with the software. It's strictly look only software.
