Restless Leg Syndrome !

Hi can any one tell me please if you can get Over the Counter Med's for Restless Leg Syndrome , i would be a happy man if someone could help me with this one , Thankyou x

In some cases magnesium can help.

I read somewhere that using Vitamin C can help with the magnesium absorption and Vit C and magnesium together wouldnt have contraindications like taking too much iron, etc. anyone have experience with this?

My doctor recommended iron supplements.
