Does XPAP use cause ???

I hadn't realized it but since starting cpap I lost my job, my mother got worse, I had to move across the country! WOW ! If only I hadn't started cpap my mother might still be speaking and walking!

I get it...the sarcasm.. Almost every day I see a question that I have to roll my eyes a bit when I read it.

What Pugsy said!!! Does XPAP cause this? Does XPAP cause that? It made me stop coming to the forum for a while.

Makes me wonder about the flat tires though

The thought that I might get tongue bleeding, exhale issues, centrals, body odor, black particles in the mask, etc doesn't sit to well with me either.

Don't forget about burned lungs from a melted down water tank.

How can we on one hand encourage those struggling with something that there are no dumb questions then start callling their questions dumb? I remember the thread where a poster was bombarded with all the reasons she was wrong about there being a connection between her symptoms and cpap use, then an astute member posted a link to a medical article showing that what she described is a documented recognized reaction in some cpap users.

As entertaining as some historic threads might be, I personally am not comfortable with possibly causing discomfort to another person just for my entertainment. I might laugh at my own stupid questions or at an obvious troll, but those just searching for answers in their apnea induced fog, or those seemingly suffering from a mental illness, or those incapable of complex comprehension, I'll keep any chuckles or head shaking to myself.

At least it was just a nail and not a skateboarder again.

Bad thing with that nail location the tire is non-repairable safely. In my younger years all tires were repairable, by necessarily, but no more for me.... Jim

Skateboarder are dangerious, if you run over one and they smile, their teeth can bite a chunk out of a good tire.

The tire was in a non repairable area and they did give me a free tire and install since I bought the $15 tire insurance at the time I also had them rotate the tires and there was another tire with a nail, but that one was in a patchable area so no 2nd free tire

The link between cpap and flat tires are real

Maybe I should use tire sealer in my HH. My truck tells me when my tires get low, but what I need I for my compressor to jump out and air them without me having to get out. Jim
