Last study came back negative.. Should I retest?

I told the lab scheduler that I would be available to fill any cancellation as long as I had a four-hour notice, then I kept my overnight bag packed and was ready to roll.

I had a sleep study done yesterday, I had to sleep on my side/back and it didn't go all to well. I actually woke up refreshed because well I didn't get any deep sleep I slept very lightly. The tech didn't really give me much information on how I slept. I came home around 6:30am and I went right back to sleep in my natural position which is on my stomach and I fell into a deep sleep and now I have a headache and feel slightly sluggish.

Before we began the test, the tech fitted me for a cpap mask saying if I go below a level that the doctor gave them they will come in and put on the cpap. They didn't do that..

So all I can do is hope for the best... hope it's nothing serious and can be fixed with the cpap.

I am leaving the country this Sunday... How long does it normally take to get the results in? It's been about 8 business days.

It all depends on how quickly the sleep doctor analyzes the reports and signs off on them and they get dictated and all that.
Some places are just faster than others. You might call them and explain that you are leaving the country and see if they can put a rush on it.
I got my results in 3 days but others have reported up to 2 to 4 weeks waiting time after the sleep study.
