I find this one really good for the money - a little bit more than the budget chinese ones you can get.. but its a much better bit of kit from what I can tell.. comes from Israel (which is well known for being the medical silicon valley) .. it's performed well so far for me anyway.

I scanned the ad and others in the product line. I didn't see any mention of "recording" or "downloading", although "spot check" was mentioned. Nor does it mention any alarms. It maybe a fine machine but their ad doesn't induce me to want to spend money on it.

Are you talking about the vitaloximeter push? I think that is someone spamming that product.
