Make sure the dates for the reports correlate. This was my problem.

Give SleepyHead a try. Is the data still off with SleepyHead?

I just loaded the data from last night. According to Encore 2.4 the time period of therapy was 5 1/2 hours. According to Onkor it was only 3 hours. Also according to Onkor I had a large leak at 7am. According to Encore 2.4 I didn't. The number of CA/OA/H are also different. The date reported by Onkor is correct (July 4). By the way, what is "PP"? I haven't been able to run sleepyhead because it bombs out on my mac.

PP is Pressure Pulses. Little puffs to probe the airway for patency.

Which Onkor are you using? Upload single file for single report or the new version which allows multiple uploads at once and offers a calendar?
I found that the single upload version (the first version) was hard to correlate file dates to reports.

Can you post the reports in question? With everything being off I suspect that they aren't the same night's data.

Of course Onkor could be acting goofy and I would believe Pro first. It is still a software infant.

SleepHead is being worked on for Mac users.

I'm using the version on the "net" (onkor.net). I've also had lots of problems with timeouts -- or really really long periods for it to do anything. Is there a version that will run just on my mac?

I had not been to Onkor site in several days. All I see now is 1.2 Beta which is the newest version. Which I did have a handful of dates showing data but none now.

I am afraid I have exhausted my meager knowledge and I do not have time now to upload the files again and start over.

It is supposed to work with Mac. Others use it. I guess best to wait till author drops by with some specific thoughts.

First of all, if the machine is turned off for any reason, such as a BR break or power interruption, it will start a new file when the machine comes on again. IOW, the missing 2 1/2 hours may be in another file. It helps to upload all the files from a single night in one batch.

There are, so far, no standalone programs for Mac. Sleepyhead will eventually work on Mac, but for now it's in the debugging stage. Onkor works on my mac with Snow Leopard; you have to realize it's still a work in progress, not a finished product.

Maybe try a different browser; I'm using Firefox.

As Dr Hosehead said, that is the most likely explanation (that the machine was turned off at some point and you're only seeing part of the night). In Onkor, you can adjust, in your Preferences, how Onkor combines sessions when there is a gap between. The default is based on 45 minutes: if two 'sessions' are separated by less than 45 minutes, Onkor will consider it one larger session. If more, Onkor will keep them separate.

Just make sure you've uploaded all the 001/002/005 files for a given night. For example, if you turned off your machine twice during the night, then you will need to upload 3 different sets (9 total files) to get the complete picture.

I'm told that Encore uses a noon-to-noon method for its sessions. So if you take a one-hour nap at 3pm, this information is going to be mixed with your night's sleep as well. This type of situation can't be reproduced in Onkor, so the numbers won't ever match if this is the case.

Nope, the machine wasn't turned off during the night. There was only one new triple (001,002,005) of files added to the SD card. I uploaded that. The times give by Encore 2.4 correspond to the time that I went to sleep and got up. The times given by Onkor start an hour after I went to sleep and end about an hour before I woke up. In any case the onkor.net site appears to be non-functioning for the last 24 hours. I'll get the log on screen, but after I enter by id and password nothing happens for about 10 minutes, and then I get an error "500". I've used three different browsers -- firefox, chrome and safari.

It has been working for me ok. However, I suspect there are continuing issues with this server I'm using not being able to handle the data computations, so perhaps if you have a great deal of data uploaded , the server just isn't managing to respond in a reasonable about of time for you.

I'm in the process of shopping around for a faster server. In the meantime, this weekend, I will look at optimizing the code a bit so the userhome page loads more efficiently.

If you want to view your recent nights' data until then, you might try creating a new account and only loading the latest data. I think then your userhome page will load more quickly.

Sorry for the trouble,

I did that and it worked just fine. Speedy as can be!

Hi, I've been trying to set up and account, and after entering my info and 'create account' I get the following: "Login Unsuccesful (The reCAPTCHA wasn't entered correctly.)"

The problem is there is nothing else left to do after entering my user information other than 'create account'.

Help?
Thinking of quitting CPAP?

No problem, here's the first thing to do when you quit:

Advanced funeral planning. When you give up CPAP, you'll probably need it.

What browser are you using? I set up an account this morning using Chrome and didn't have any issues.

Ameriken,

You do realize Onkor will not work with your machine, right? It's only for PRS1 machines with SD memory cards, unfortunately, and doesn't even work yet with the PRS1 ASV unit.

Regards,
A
