3 nights ago I had my first AHI of 0 , but my night was a short one (5h) as I had to get up (very!) early.
Last night, I slept for 8 hours, and the AHI was 0.1! (CA: 0.1, OA and H were 0).

I've been using my BiPap for a little over 2 months now.

I've never seen what my AHI was during my initial sleep test, but after the the 1st month of therapy it was 1.2. I took my card to have it read last week, and after my 2nd full month of therapy, my AHI was .7, and I'm averaging a little over 6.5 hours of machine use every night.

My biggest brag is that I just feel good, and as a side effect, so does my wife.

7 months into this process....last night was the first night i have had a leak of 0.0
I did not think this was possible for me (my leaks have usually been acceptable and under 12, but NEVER 0.0)
WOW!! I have no idea what I did differently last night when I put on my mask. I did not fool around with straps etc.
