any new c-pap masks and/or nasal masks that a side sleeper can use comfortably? Still looking, use the Nasal Aire 11 and full face. Didn't like the comfort curve. Only get about 2 nights a week of restful sleep with the Nasal Air 11. Can't get on line enough to read all the posts.
Thanks, Judy

Judy, I sleep on my side and toss 'n turn quite a bit. I like the Headrest (formerly called the Aura) by Aeiomed, the Breeze and the Activa.
I find it helpful, with any mask, to rig a way to hold the main air hose up overhead. A ponytail scrunchy or anything -- bungee, velcro, ribbon -- anything you can loop to run the main air hose through. Keeps the weight of the air hose from tugging any mask out of position, and keeps you from getting entangled in the air hose when you turn over.
When thinking of how to hang the main air hose up out of the way, picture yourself as a fish on the end of a slack line, free to turn over and over under the hose without getting it wrapped around you or having it pull on the mask.
