S9 AHI reporting bug in ResScan 3.10

Post by coreyg » Sat Aug 21, 2010 2:27 am

Has anyone with the S9 seen AHI reporting 0.0 night after night (in ResScan)? Starting June 20th, all of my reports have said 0.0 for AHI. I've dug into the detailed data and I have apneas for longer than 10 seconds so it's the reporting and not a miracle cure. I grew lax on down loading the data so I thought it was just an issue of too much data on the card, but it's still there and for every day even the days right after a download.

I'm thinking of using a new card or wiping the existing one and seeing if that fixes the issue. I guess it could be my system as well. I don't think I changed anything around the 20th and I don't know what kind of setting would do this.

OK, I just checked the S9 display and it says AHI of 4.3 for the past week so it's a resscan issue. I still have 3.10.006.

I'll try to upgrade. I think I saw a newer version was available.

Thanks,
Corey

I have had weird results (like no flow data etc) - I think if you power cycle the S9 rather than leaving it on standby the error will correct itself.

A similar situation was just reported in another thread too, although it's only been reporting 0.0 AHI for five nights in that case (so far): viewtopic/t54803/0-AHIIs-my-machine-wor ... ectly.html.

Corey, have you found a solution?

I've been traveling this weekend and using my backup system so I haven't had time or the nights to do any tests.

I just power cycled the S9 and I'll check tomorrow if it solves the problem. If not, I'll upgrade to the newer version of ResScan.
