Does anyone know anything about Agateno Technologies LLC or http://sleepcentersusa.com?

Agateno seemed to have vanished, at least, here in Norman OK. I was tested at Agateno and they have been providing supplies for nearly 5 years. Their services was always marginal at best, but now they don’t respond to VM or faxes.

The website http://sleepcentersusa.com is under construction.

Uh, yes, it is. That's why I don't get too exercised when someone is incensed over poor treatment by a DME. Who are they going to use?


If you can't use online stores like cpap.com, you're going to have pretty terrible service, most likely, and you can't just keep switching providers. They're all lousy.


Really, we ought to add something to the wiki where people can make note of the few excellent DMEs.

The one in Norman is going out of business. I went over to the office and was told that they were only around finishing up the paperwork and closing the office.
