I have been using Swift LT for a week now, and find that I have to tighten the straps until the neck between each pillow and the chamber beneath them collapses and the base of each pillow touches the chamber. (I checked this in a mirror.) Otherwise I have leaks, especially when i move.
Is this normal? I have read others say that this masks seals best when the straps are loose. But how loose.
I would appreciate any advice from anyone who uses this mask.

Re: Swift II Question
Hi...
I find my Swift II works best if I keep the straps loose enough to easily slip two fingers between the back head band and my head. I leave the top head band pretty loose also...

Re: Swift II Question
I find that leaks are greatly eliminated with a regular thorough washing of my mask or at least a wipe down with CPAP Mask Wipes. Also, it is helpful to wash your face before bedtime to remove any oil from the skin. I use both the Swift II & the Swift LT and find good luck following these habits. I keep a container of the wipes at bedside for those times I forget and am too lazy to do it right.....
