PRAY HARD!!!
UPDATE: I went to neurologist this morning and in all of his 25 years of being a neurologist at Mayo Clinic, he has never seen a tumor like the one I have. They thought it was a Meningioma, but it has something different that bothers the MDs.
I am scheduled to have surgery tomorrow morning. I will be having a craniotomy.
Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. My husband's name is Rodney, please pray for us and our family as we go through this very difficult and scary time.
I love you guys and you have been very helpful and supportive and I don't expect that to change now.
Love,
Heidi a/k/a Sleeping with the Enemy

craniotomy
My wife had a craniotomy.
You are in for a real lifes experience.
Your husband is also in for some awakenings.
I hope you will be fine.
If your husband would like to contact me, I can walk him thru all he is in for in the next few weeks.
My wifes was for an undiagnosed aneurysm that was found quite by accident. Since her sister had suddenly died from one at her present age as well as FOUR other close family members, she had it fixed. The neurosurgeon came out and said he got it fine, but it was very weak and could have blown at any time.
If your recovery is is anyway like hers, chris definitely needs to get in tough with me.

More Prayers
Heidi,
Here is a fellow Minnesotan sending prayers to you and Rodney.

Hoping someday my kids will call me "Howard the Rested" instead of "Howard the Grumpy"
Prayers coming at you from Ohio, too! A member of my best friend's family had an enormous, supposedly inoperable tumor removed over a year ago with good success. Recovery wasn't easy, but it did happen, and it will for you, too!
