Interesting. Wonder if it will be OTC... Heck I get just as good protection from my $0.97 Walmart boil and bite mouth guard as I did from my $200 dental night guard from my dentist that the dog chewed up!!!

The patient is fit in the office and the results can be enjoyed that night. If your lab is currently working with a dentist practicing sleep medicine or is a member of the AADSM, consider the SnoreSilencer Pro for your non-compliant CPAP or snore-only patients.

Probably as OTC asn the present version of their software....

I wonder when they'll think of a similar device that does nothing to move you mandible, dedicated to stopping leaks - and sell it OTC.

I'm a 7 yr cpap user and doing fine...just shifted to an APAP w/cflex and doing better, but: I need something for overnight hikes, long aircraft flights, and places I can't get a machine or power too. The SnoreSilencer looks good.
1) anyone got any experience with one?
2) in the states I will have to go thru a dentist to get one, but Respironics tells me that it can be purchased otc in Canada. The included instructions do look easy enough...except I can't find a source that will talk to me over the internet here in arizona.

It would be nice to have something like this in case the power goes out. However, I don't snore and wonder if it would be of benefit. Intriguing. I wonder how much it costs.

If it's like a TAP device, don't you need to advance the jaw very gradually? It looks like this does it all at once.

It's hard to see how this could be an OTC device. It looks like you need some water heating equipment or something, or is that something that you can get at a home goods store to heat water for tea? In any case, I'd want a good dentist to fit it. I already have TMJ and wouldn't want to risk making it permanently worse.
