Has anyone figured out how to make an AirSense 11 stop popping with every breath?

My machine came with the side cover included.Sleepzilla wrote: ↑Sat Aug 01, 2026 5:10 pmWhy can't everyone just do whatever they want?
The humidifier water tank is included with the machine at no incremental cost.
The optional side cover must be purchased for ~$20 USD.
The reason I think it better to use the side cover if not using water in the humidified is that the Resmed machien is not smart enough to refrain from heating an empty humidifier. Ane heating an empty humidifier is not good for anyone.
So if you happen to be an on and off user of heated humidification and you forget to turn off the heat,,,
Any one can just do whatever they want. If they post about it in a forum they may want to hear what other people think about it.

Try a new tank or gasket

Also, the machine seems not to run after use to dry out a hose that is already dry. Small thing, but why waste electricity and motor life?

The side cover makes the machine noiser, I get more noise transmitted through the hose with the side cover than with the tank providing baffling.

You can *easily* turn off the heater, one of the settings is OFF!

Of course you can turn it OFF.
When you remember to do that.
