Problem using cpap

I have a Resmed machine and have been trying to get used to it for 2 years!
I have used it every night and get a 20% to 65% usage.
It wakes me up after 1-2 hours. My doctor has lowered my pressure down to 4 and it still doesn’t help me

welcome! we need to get a bit more detail in order to help. CPAP isn't a one size fits all kind of thing. each of us has faxed problems in the past. but it's an individual thing.

what the forum would like to see is more detail. start by clicking on the following and have a good long read.
