Flow Limit/Flow Rate Help
Re: Flow Limit/Flow Rate Help
I will thank you guys !
I don't have a possibility to call a doctor right now, it is not how it works here... If I tell them I saw something on self diagnose device they'll start yelling at me and pronounce me crazy... I'll have to call tomorrow to schedule a meeting which will probably happen in few days... I'll take some more data meanwhile. Either way they'll treat me special in a bad way when I tell them I'm monitoring myself...
Thank you guys for all of your support
A question, does this first graph looks abnormal as well, or is it just the second graph with the rate of 150, I may messed up the ring placement or something on that one.

Re: Flow Limit/Flow Rate Help
Well.....it doesn't look as abnormal as the second one but it sure isn't totally normal either.
You should always include the information from the statistics which is on the left side of the graphs because it helps with the numbers....like max pulse rate.
Where are you located?

I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

Hi Pugsy,
Here is the complete picture with the left side of the graph, hopefully I caught everything.
I am located in Serbia, ex Yugoslavia, Europe.

Re: Flow Limit/Flow Rate Help
My comments were not related to your breathing data, but rather to the abrupt changes in pulse rate. Those changes in both charts where the pulse rate changes abruptly 60-70 to 100+ and subsequently from 100+ to 60 , with no explicable reason are clues to non-symptomatic intermittent afib.
If your pulse ox ring were out of place, your PO2 should have reacted with similar shifts.

Re: Flow Limit/Flow Rate Help
Next time....turn off the pie chart and the calendar as well....they are not needed.
That way the important stuff moves right up to be viewed.
No need to redo these.
The not so ugly one isn't real pretty though.
AFIB was my first thought as well but we can't tell for sure with just this information seen on these reports.
It needs to be ruled in or ruled out.....just in case.

Re: Flow Limit/Flow Rate Help
Just my limited personal experience but periods of Afib were not associated with corresponding changes in breathing report.
But I agree, the OP should have it (Afib) ruled.

Re: Flow Limit/Flow Rate Help
I understand.
Thank you Pugsy and dataq1.
I'll try to find my sleep screening results that I did with my cardiologist while diagnosing my sleep apnea, I think I saw the pulse swings there as well, but she was mainly concerned with my saturation levels.
Re: Flow Limit/Flow Rate Help
So this was my Oximetry Summary while doing the initial Sleep Test. The HR graphs aren't that visible though:

And this is the last years 24h heart holter monitor results. I decided to go to check the heart because I had a very stressful period at the time, and I felt and measured very high heartrate... At this time I was already using CPAP device but couldn't fall asleep with the heart holter monitor... My doctor wasn't upset with this heart rate jumps... The doc did EKG and all other heart tests and said I was just nervous and stressed out and was told to continue with bisoprolol and lorazepam when feel stressed. I don't see my new heartrate results measured with O2ring differs than the ones with the holter monitor last year, I'm afraid I'll be sent back home as being crazy once again.:

Upon this holter monitor I was offered to have cardiac stress test done so I could do sports, even though they thought I was fine.

Re: Flow Limit/Flow Rate Help
I was experimenting with 2 different masks f30i and f20 airfit... I kinda like f30i more since it blows air directly into my nostrils making me breathe through my nose more, but once it moves its leaking is waking me up nasty blowing the air into my eyes, I wake up in panic... With f20 I breathe more through my mouth, and I hate that, and I need more initial pressure so I don't feel suffocating while trying to breathe through the nose, but I don't wake up as nasty as with f30i when it starts leaking while sleeping... So I set the lower pressure with f30i than with f20... I'm thinking of trying nasal pillows only and see if my mouth will stay shut...
Here are couple more nights with Viatom... The heartrate doesn't look good, and I'll definitely visit a cardiologist, I'm just afraid of not being crazy in their eyes for self diagnosing myself again...
