Since that ain't sleep, then she's getting even less sleep than she thinks she's getting, particularly if her much of her flow wave data looks like these snippets. And that's a real problem on multiple levels.
Word.

We'll also need the list of medications as that REM is destroyed.

Then try to WAG out total sleep and arousals.

And get rid of those bizarre pressures.

Oh I have one more question.

What's your opinion about directional arrow lights for right and left turns at traffic lights?

TIA.

So what's this, like 30/15? If this is CompSAS, on what planet would this make sense?

This is more data from the same poster?

And given what you said upstream, these are all machine breaths.

It does seem crazy with those pressures.

Is there anywhere where this poster has something approaching a sort of normal flow rate curve where most of the breaths are spontaneous and the pressures are not seriously out of whack?

Right, from AB.

No just these snippets. Which is why we need SleepHQ.

While what we have looks catastrophic, there's still ~5200 breaths/day that need to be looked at.

Thanks. I don't go over to AB anymore. Same problem as I had here---my user account over there is tied to an email on a machine that long ago went to the great surplus room in the sky, and I didn't really want to create a robysue1 account over there.

I agree. I hope the OP does take the time to post some data at SleepHQ: Someone (meaning you?) needs to scroll through all those 5200+ breaths for a typical day's data. Because something is really, really wrong in these settings. And it's a real person who is not getting any sleep as a result.

Well, if one doesn't have CSA before that, this'll certainly get them there.

CPAP settings posted above in the titration table, here's the report:

NFI how she got from there to here. Error in prescription transmission? DWing on anabolics?

S/T Mode will, of course, prevent any central apneas from occurring (in this case, probably prevents any breathing from occurring, but why get picky), but interestingly, VT and MV aren't exceptionally high:

IMO this brings attention more to OHS or Overlap vs CompSAS.

In all those events during the study, -0- desats.

In previously presented titration table:

@ 10.0 cmH2O, 6 centrals, 2 OAs. With all the arousals, were those centrals simply post-arousal, and should have been ignored?

Plus why start @ 10? If this really was CompSAS, why not look at lowest possible pressure?

O2 baseline is a little low as noted on titration table. OHS-y?

If the OP's problem is OHS or OHS combined with OSA or CompSA, what's the suggested therapy?

Hello all.

It just amazes me how much thought y'all are putting into helping me sort all this mess out. Most of what you have discussed, terminology, theory, etc. is WAY above my pay grade at the moment. But please give me time to TRY to learn. (Warning: this could take a long time, sorry).

I just got home and am trying to put together the data you have requested previously. I have scanned the only latest non-titration report I could find. It is from 2019, different sleep lab and doctor. I weigh almost the same now as I did then.

I will post it in next reply section.

I will revisit the SleepHQ site and try to figure out how to get my OSCAR info into it.

I will post my med list too in a little while. (I just read in my Bipolar support group that someone was having trouble sleeping while taking Abilify. I was just recently prescribed this drug).

I don't suppose you could provide me a list, in the order you would like me to gather/answer your questions? If not, that is ok, I will go back through the previous posts if need be.

Best Regards,
P.

Another thing that is curious to me is that in my current titration study they noted PLMS? Isn't that periodic limb or leg movement?
