im am due for a new bipap machine

hello i have a question i am due for a new bipap machine this year i was suppose to get a new one 2 years ago. but they never called me to tell me that i'm due for a new machine. what machine Will I get. has resmed released the all new bipap 11 as of yet. i get insurance through medicaid and my current bi-pap machine im using is an aircurve 10 ASV ive have my current machine ever since 2016

There is no AirCurve 11 Bilevel yet. Still producing the AirCurve 10.

who never called you?

what makes you think you'll get a new one?

can you call "them" and ask?

What insurance do you have?
