finding the right mask is like the holy grail of cpap therapy. we are all such unique individuals and thus have different needs.
having said that, look to cpap.com and search their masks. many (ALL?) have a 30 day return policy. look at a few that you like and read reviews there. or read reviews anywhere.
unfortunately, cpap.com doesn't accept insurance so it would be an out of pocket thing.
good luck!

I think it's unlikely your machine is defective. Did the feeling of too little air come during the two flare-ups of flow limitation, or was it more pervasive? Your tidal volume and minute ventilation look fine, if that's any kind of reassurance. (TV measures how much air you move in a single breath; MV measures how much air you move in a minute, so your respiration rate is a factor for MV.)
Do you breathe through your mouth during the day? If not, you might consider trying a nasal-pillow mask, perhaps the simple and light-weight ResMed P10.

Re: new download of oscar what now?
thank you Miss Emerita I do not breath thru mouth during day only at night, i did try a nasal cushion over the nose airfit n20 and cannot feel comfortable with it I feel like I cant breath right. like not enough air is being delivered, weird since my amara view is under the nose and mouth mask and feels better. With the airfitn20 i feel like one of my nostrils is plugged not a good feeling and my allergies start to act up. Any idea why?

I'm not sure why the full-face and nasal masks feel different for you, but nasal congestion is certainly something that can be made worse by CPAP. Here are some things to consider:
Work hard on your underlying allergy situation. If you don't already, see an allergist if you can, and mention you're doing CPAP. Use Flonase an hour before bedtime to reduce swelling. (It can take a week or so to kick in, so be patient.) Try using nasal rinses or saline sprays during the day to wash out allergens stuck in your nose. (But not around the time you use Flonase.) An allergist might have some prescription drugs for you to try. (Mine has me using Singulair before bed and Azalastine spray.)
Experiment with the humidity settings you use. Try them higher and lower and see what feels best for you. If you have a heated hose, try different settings for the heat too. Different people respond differently to higher and lower humidity and temperature, so this will be something you need to figure out by experimenting.
