I had insomnia 0% sleep of any kind for many days at one point. I have to take beta blockers twice a day and they cause it. After much trail and error I did find something that worked for me. I have known people with impressive psychic ability.
True psychic ability can be identified by the holder's unwillingness to use their gift for profit.
Being given this gift is just that impressive to the recipient.
Many believe that accepting money or profiting indirectly will cause the gift to be taken back.
Any solicitation is a dead giveaway of a charlatan, and a fake.

If you're now going to introduce religion into your topic, you are opening up the potential for others to respond specifically to the religious components, and having your topic take a turn well away from your therapy. A potential secondary consequence is having your topic marked off-topic or closed, should your topic wander to far away.

You can't.
It is easier to tell when you are NOT sleeping.
Most of us are CONSCIOUS when we are not asleep.
But I can't speak for everyone . . .

Not worth it. All the complainers are just a bunch of whiney little babies because they did not get enough sleep. I am not here to make friends. I was here to learn and get help but all you do is get triggered and pm poor Pugsy about links or religion or some other insignificant thing. I no longer will respond to anyone not talking about sleep apnea.

I have removed any off topic comments I made here. They are no longer useful nor do I want them here. I get to do that...one of the few perks for having an unpaid job. When someone goes on the Foe list I get to remove any interchange I have with someone if I want and that includes anything that has my name in a quote.

Get back on topic or the thread will be locked....no matter who does it.
That includes hateful little snide remarks. Play nice or the playground will be closed.

Everyone knows I give only one warning. There are no second chances.
