Resmed AirSense 10 Cdma or Gsm wireless

Post by jimosman1 » Thu Nov 14, 2019 11:03 am

Apparently Resmed AirSense 10 manufactured up to 2015 use Cdma for wireless communcation of data as indicated by my attachment Wireless technology.jpg file.
The modem will be disconnected in Canada as, there are no Cdma carries, only GSM. In the US there are still some Cdma carriers.

Could anyone who has purchased a new Resmed AirSense 10, please confirm if your machine is Cdma or Gsm as indicated by my attachment and the date that you purchased the Resmed AirSense 10?

I have a resmed airsense 10 that was purchased on October 30th,2019 in the US. It has no CDMA designation in the label. In the 'about' section on it's information screen under modem it states 4G with AT&T as the provider.

I received mine on 10/3/2014.
It is CDMA.
If at some point, my doctor needs a report and in unable to download,
they will ask me to bring in the sd card.
Otherwise, it does not matter, because . . . robotic encouragement/stickers, stars, badges.
I have put aside childish things . . .
And I don't need no stinking badges.
But scratch and sniff nametags could be hilarious!

when i first got my resmed airsense 10 the signal bars were very strong and it said i was connected to at&t. i noticed that the signal was much weaker and now it says it is connected to t-mobile. are they able to change the carrier it connects to remotely?
