You are seeing 13 events with saturation drops below 88% with an ODI of 23.1, you need further investigation

thanks for replying... what one is the ODI?

You mean 21.3?

So... index 1/hr is the ODI? and that means 21 disturbances an hour or something?

The best thing about your report is that you have very low artifacts.

You are showing an Oxygen Desaturation Index of 21.4 (adjusted).

The graphs give more information but I would suggest you start by taking your unit to either the doctors office, a walk in clinic, or your local fire station and check the accuracy of your oximeter. They vary a little and that can throw off evaluation a little.

For example if your unit is reading a point low, then your Average Low SpO2 would be 90.0% which is reasonable minimum.

Zoom in on your graphs around the areas of desaturation. This can give you an idea of what is going on. These units frequently illustrate wild swings that while are not wild enough to be called an artifact, they are much closer to being an artifact than being real.

Keep in mind you have 1 data point. It is difficult to draw trend information on 1 point.
