So how's your sleep quality? Sleeping soundly for the most part or waking often during the night?

What is the highest minimum pressure you have used and what EPR did you use with it?

Do you spend much time on your back?

The image with the OA followed by the CA/central....IMHO the OA happened because the pressure wasn't able to hold the airway open well enough to prevent the collapse....then the centrals was nothing more than a post arousal central...not a real central but instead a pause in the breathing brought on by the OA which caused the arousal.

I doubt your centrals are related to EPR but instead more likely related to OAs causing arousals and then you half wake up and sort of hold your breath (maybe turn over) and the machine flags it as a central.

Your primary problem is the Obstructive stuff happening because the pressures being used can't hold the airway open well enough to prevent the collapses.

Have you ever tried minimum of 18 cm with or without EPR? If not...I suggest you try it.

What does your flow limitation graph for last night look like?

How was your sleep quality last night?

How do you feel in general this morning?

Is there anyway you can try sleeping on your side for any length of time?

i feel ok i just dont have the good feeling that I'm up and ready to go i just am usually down and feel blah. i dont have much ability to concentrate on stuff so i dont even try to do much because i get frustrated and over whelmed easy. also if i get stressed out any bit my ears begin to ring and i get eye pain and start sweating. im just hoping over time my body willl heal and get better so i can function and get back into life.i feel so bad i dont even try much anymore, i dont go out i dont socialize i just stay at home im just hoping my sleep will heal me from all this that im going through. i dont know what else could be causing this besides sleep, this problem has probably been going on for many years without me realizing it. i want to wake up ready to attack the day full of energy and not depressed but i dont know it that will happen anytime soon. I hope that over time i will feel better

i can try sleeping in my side but its really hard im so used to sleeping on my back

Oh I know a potential culprit...but you didn't want to hear about it and poo pooed me off.
Not saying it was 100% the culprit but I am betting my last dollar it plays a significant impact in your unwanted daytime symptoms.

I sleep on my back and it causes lots of interruptions in my sleep. I tried to sleep on my side but i just couldn't fall asleep. Does anyone have any tips they know of changing sleeping positions from back to side?
