oracle for mouth breather

Post by aurelia » Thu Nov 11, 2004 5:33 pm

I am using a nose mask and tried the full face mask but couldn't do it. I miss my mouth breathing. I think I could sleep longer if I had a mask which would allow mouth breathing. How can t his mask work does it feel like yo are gagging.

I thought that it wasn't good to breathe through your mouth while sleeping being as the air coming through the nostrils exits from the mouth without fully inflating the lungs. Isn't this the whole purpose of using a chin strap?
