Wishing everyone who celebrates a pleasant day with family and friends. And be kind to your neighbors, whoever they are and wherever they're from...

Veni, vidi, Velcro. I came, I saw, I stuck around.

Dx 11/07: AHI 107, central apnea, Cheyne Stokes respiration, moderate-severe O2 desats. (Simple OSA would be too easy. ;))

PR S1 ASV 950, DreamWear mask, F&P 150 humidifier, O2 @ 2L.

Ba humbug! ( getting an early start this year ) I just came down with a cold and we all know
what fun having a cold is when you have sleap apnia. I just hate sneezing with with my full
face mask on ! Oh and my pet bird gets so nervous this time of year too.

Happy Thanksgiving to you too. In recent years I celebrate it with a tinge of trepidation. It's sometimes hard to separate my thankfulness from the awareness of history. Even so, already getting a head start on the feast with a grateful heart.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Ever since it was revealed there were natives in our family tree,
I have been ambivalent about whether to be outraged or defensive.
I choose to be grateful.
Don't over-eat. If you want an extra dessert, HIDE it for later.

Happy Thanksgiving Everybody! I am thankful to everyone here who has helped me and continues to help me along the way. I am gradually adjusting to my new CPAP life and finally starting to feel better because of that and I couldn't have done it without the support of everyone in this forum. So THANK YOU!
