My tinnitus is in the side with nerve damage.
Wearing a hearing aid helps distract me, and makes life much calmer.
I got my latest model at Costco; never waste your money on the two brands heavily advertised (BT & ME).
Old tech for current prices. Buyer beware!

I voted no. I can't stand television while I try to sleep. It is the light that bothers me most.

Oh, then we have not yet reached the statute of limitations for hijacking.

The iPhone is my vice when I hit the hay. I know I need to get rid of that habit, but it's tough to break.

That "blue light" that is emitted from our electronic devices isn't good for your melatonin levels, according to the science people.

Electronics right before bed just feels wrong, personally.

If it were up to me, there would be no TV in the bedroom, but DH wants it.
At some point, my eyelids get too heavy to keep open.
Hopefully I get everything done first.
Sometimes I nod off before doing my eye drops.
I hate it when I drift off before masking up.
Ruins my whole night.

If you're using a computer before bed and are concerned about blue light, there's a blue filter that you can use on it, f.lux. A free program, seems to work on my monitors here. Leaves my eyes feeling much more relaxed after using my computer with it than without it.

Worth a try, anyways. For a TV, you would need a physical blue filter on the TV or glasses that filter blue light. I do turn the TV off well before bed time, and switch to using my computer.

I always sleep with the TV on. Except last night. Strangely enough, my stats from last night and the night before are similar, but I feel much more refreshed today. Coincidence?

Probably not. Your brain responds to stimuli all night long, and the TV provides plenty.

No TVs, stereos, computers except for very rarely a laptop to read a e-book. Mostly it's just good old fashioned paper books with a single soft white 60watt bulb for lighting the pages. Works for me and has for decades. Oh I forgot, sometimes a portable Sangean radio to listen to late night George Noory on Coast to Coast. That's getting less and less as time passes.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

If you feel you are sleeping well, I wouldn't worry about it as everyone is different. If you don't feel you are, then of course try not taking it to bed to see what happens.
