So are there any displays on my machine that I should be doing daily/weekly that I can/need to do and if so anyone know how??

Its a good idea to get the appropriate software and look at your own real data. The display data is useful but not nearly detailed enough to understand how well your treatment is going.

I use Encore Pro for most of my checking.
Many use SleepyHead for the same thing.
