Where do Canadians order masks & supplies online?

I want to try the PureSom Ruby Topaz Adjustable chin strap and the AirFitPro nasal pillow mask. Did an order online for CanadaCPAPSupply but wanted to talk to someone. On the line for over 6 minutes and then I was put in some strange loop that finally dropped my call.
Any success with ordering through this company?

I have bought a mask and some small supplies from them. The mask was 1/2 the price my local respiratory equipment dealer wanted. I tried calling them once about something, and had no problem talking with a human. I believe they are really just an office somewhere in Canada, maybe Toronto, and when you make an order it is shipped from the US. My orders took a while to arrive, around 3 weeks, but no complaints.
