Since I've been using CPAP, my eyes have been super swollen when I wake up. I thought it might be that the mask was too tight, so I loosened it. I still had the swelling. Has anyone else had this happen? What do you think it could be from? Thanks!

It is usually from air leaking into your eyes from the mask, this is NOT good for your eyes at all.
Either that or the air is going through your sinuses and drying your eyes out from the inside.
Neither condition is good, I would use some eye drops but I don't know which to suggest, but I wouldn't use any Bausch & Lomb, all that stuff has been recalled as it causes a nasty infection in your eyes.
If you have been using any Bausch & Lomb eye drops, see your eye doctor ASAP.
What is your cpap pressure? and what kind of mask are you using?

i also went through a period where my face generally and particularly my eyes were more swollen than usual after using cpap, and i couldn't figure why. i also had mask marks on the front of my face ( i use umff) where the mask goes on the face. (i use pad a cheek on sides and forehead) not side marks, front-face marks. the bags under my eyes were worse than usual. good to know the reason.

I'm sorry that you're having eye problems. I would agree that it's likely due to air leaking into your eyes plus allergy/sinus problems.
Cold compresses applied to your eyes and face are helpful for the swelling and discomfort. I like cold water, a frozen bag of peas, or one of those rice bags cold from the freezer.
To help keep your eyes from drying out due to air leaks, try using some artificial tears. If it's really bothersome, you might want to consider using some artificial tear *ointment* at bedtime. It's messy and will blur your vision for a bit, but is excellent for maintaining moisture.
This *has* been a horrible year for allergies! Maybe an over-the-counter allergy pill and/or eyedrops would be helpful.
I hope that you feel better soon!
