So, I saw the DME 3 weeks ago. She tried to fob me off with an Escape, but thanks to you I knew that wasn't going to happen I asked her how she would know it was working, and she said 'we'll ask you', to which I pointed out someone on 3 different meds for mental illness, 2 of them at the max dose I probably wasn't reliable!
Anyway, I'm still waking up every night about every 2.5 hours. It's better than the 45 minute I was getting before and I do feel better, but I'd really, really, really like to sleep through the night. I've noticed that the ahi graph always looks like a castle just before I wake up (on each of these graphs, when it goes to 0, I was awake), but I'm not sure exactly what the graph means. I'm not sure how the average over an hour can increase without it being an hourly measurement. I'm not good at math!
Please could you share any thoughts you have, in order to help me be more knowledgable when I see the sleep doctor in 2 weeks.
Thank you so much
