Very intrigued by this forum.

Is it normal for AHI to spike as you wake up? When I wake up at 2am, my AHI has been averaging 3-5. But when I wake up a few hours later, it's in the 8-10 range. It seems like others who have posted their sleep charts have a similar pattern.

What software does everyone have to generate their sleep data and where do you get it? I'd like to see all my details. I have Windows and a Mac.

Thanks for the education!

SleepyHead software has a Mac and Windows version.

Regarding your question....would need to see the detailed reports to see the breakdown into event categories to maybe have an idea as to why the AHI is higher upon final wake up.
