Any Intellipap users out there?

Post by Jeannh » Sun Jun 29, 2014 6:46 pm

I just got a Bilevel Intellipap to travel with. It feels like it breathes a tad before I inhale. Ideas on the setting to adjust?

Thanks for any help!

I also experienced this with my Intellipap AutoAdjust.

I don't know if the same fix will work with your AutoBiLevel, but what I did increase the IRnd and ERnd values in the SmartFlex menu to 3. This seems to reduce the surge of pressure the machine sends when you start to inhale.

Hope this works for you.

I, too, have the standard Intellipap Autoadjust. The machine is very adjustable/customizable, but out of the box it might need to be tweaked.

Look up the E-rounding and I-rounding section in the manual. The default settings are 0, I believe. I set them both to their max value of 3 and the Darth Vader feel was gone.
