Where I used to fall asleep in about 30 seconds now takes me around 10 min with the cpap. Not sure if that skews any of the data.

Simplus Full Face CPAP Mask with Headgear
My cpap is set to 9.0 (starts at 5 and ramps up to 9 over 25 min - this was set by the sleep tech). I use the humidifier set at 2 (of 5).
During my sleep study my AHI was averaging 11 before CPAP.
Is there anything I could be doing to better improve my stats? Thanks!
