FIRST NIGHT USING CPAP :)
Last night was my first night using my cpap. I have the ResMed S9 VPAP and the Quattro Air full face mask. It all worked out fine. I slept and feel better this morning. So thankful for that. The DME set up my machine, which was fine, but when I went to import my data to Sleepyhead this morning, it said there wasn't any data to upload. Maybe the DME didn't configure my machine to where I can upload data, I don't know. If I contact the DME Monday, do you think they will reconfigure it, or can I do it myself? The only info I get is that I used the machine 10.4 hours last night. Thanks for your help.

Most likely they didn't change a little setting in the clinical setup menu from the default setting from the factory.

See the above video explaining the S9 machines and how to get into the clinical setup menu.
The setting in the clinical setup menu that you probably need to change is called Sleep Quality. The default setting is for "usage" and that only gives hours of use and a tiny bit of summary data and that isn't enough for SleepyHead to do anything with.
You need to make sure that Sleep Quality is set to "On" and not "usage" to be able to get any useful data.
If it is already set to "On" then report back as there may be something else going on but this setting is the first thing we check on.
That's the only "configuring" of the S9 that needs to be done so that you see the data and it's easy for you to do yourself.
You might want to go here and request the clinical manual for your machine. Explains in better detail the features specific to your model machine.
