dry mouth and nose

I've been using the cpap since 2006
But since moving back South I experience
Dry mouth and nose at time. Is it because of humidifier
Setting, I do have and older device Remstar auto c-flex
I used fx pillow mask best masks I ever had can't do a
Full face mask.

How would we know anything about your humidifier setting (you gave no info at all), or for that matter where you live in the south, because if it's in a very dry area vs near water that also makes a difference.

Have you tried a chinstrap and/or mouth taping? Not wanting to try a FF mask doesn't mean you don't mouth breathe and it probably is the most likely reason you have a problem. Possibly you haven't had one in your size properly fitted in the past? There are so many new ones now, particularly like the Hybrid - https://www.cpap.com/productpage/RespCa ... -Mask.html - which don't even cover your nose!

You have a M series machine and humidifier? At what setting on the humidifier? Dry nose...likely related to the setting. Dry mouth...likely related to mouth breathing. And it doesn't take a lot of mouth breathing to dry out the mouth. I have had it happen with as little as 10 minutes of mouth breathing (easily seen on leak report) and the rest of the night no apparent mouth breathing per software leak report.
