That particular model's link doesn't work (hasn't for ages), so it's good you named it in your note.

You don't need to pick a software. Not everyone has it, it's software for viewing the data from your machine on your computer, and not firmware in the machine itself.

SleepyHead is free (see 'Pugsy's sig. lines) and works on a PC or Mac (the only kind that so far works on Macs, tho' you can use others on iMacs with Intel after installing Bootcamp or Parallels and using Win ... maybe others should be exact about which iteration).

On the bottom of the blower unit should be a small silver sticker with a 3 digit model number on it and may have DS or REF in front of the 3 digits...if you have the Pro it will be either 450 or 460. On the same sticker is an 8 digit number which is date of manufacture in year/month/date format. Example 20140101 would be made Jan 1, 2014.

The 460 is the newest model and has the heated hose option. That link is still a working link in the equipment menu.
If that is what you have then the correct choice would be PR System One 60 Series Pro CPap (the CFlex part is not important)
and the humidifier would be the PR System One 60 Series heated tube humidifier with heated tube (even if you don't have the optional heated tube)

Your current humidifier choice is for the 50 series humidifier and if your machine is the 450 model then that would be the correct choice but as you found out that link to the machine is broken.

The 60 series machines have been released for about 2 years now. While not impossible for someone to get a discontinued 450 from a DME that is totally brand new with zero hours...it would be unusual unless the machine was sitting on a shelf somewhere for a long time.

No need to try to pick a software...that's a hold over from the days when we actually could purchase either ResScan or Encore easily.
