Diagnosis, settings, results oh my!!

I decided rather than post in old thread I would put it all in one thread, any help most appreciated


My main goal is to remove excess carbon build up., and avoid any hospital visits.

I'm scheduled May 29th for my very first Sleep Study. I'm on 2.5 oxygen 24/7 and go up to 4 at night with my Trilogy, settings to follow.

I am interested in learning how best to optimize my settings on my Trilogy100, the clinic that basicly got me the unit is pretty much waiting for my sleep study to start this process, however I would like to learn about it sooner. But I'm not sure how much of it I will be able to grasp, it's all a bit overwhelming but here goes.
And I'm sure I've forgotten something here, but please go easy on me I've got a few other issues that slow me down, my neuropathy for starters
