Encore basic report

I have a new system one machine. I am using Encore Basic. Page four on the report is always blank. Is there something I don't have turned on? My old machine using the smart card and encore pro did not have a missing page. I don't want to miss anything.

Are you selecting "detailed" report?
Tell us what pages you do see...what's on them.
How many pages total?

Page 4 always shows up blank

You have the same pages that I have but I get a total of 14 pages but I have 3 pages of "Pattern of Use" pages.
My usage covers 2 years.
I think your blank page 4 is just there for holding a page open and once you need more "pattern of use" pages it will fill in and your Sleep therapy long term use will move to be page 4.

So I don't think you are missing anything. I imagine the default is for a minimum of 12 pages of reports but since your usage hasn't been long enough to need that page it is blank for now.
I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks Pugsy, I don't have long on this machine, only since April 16. I was concerned there was a data string that needed to be turned on. I like all the info available. I'll keep a watch on the fill in....Jack
