I have been struggling with rain-out (water in hose) for months and could not find a solution, searching the internet I found one that does work and thought it important to share this information.
Wrap the hose in a towel.

There are many solutions to rainout if you would have asked. Various products available, but, if your towel works...go for it.
The easiest solution aside from wraping the hose is lowering your machine so it is lower than the mattress. There are also hose hangers available that will keep the water in the hose running back to the humidifier rather than to the mask
