I live in jpn,i wanna respironics machine and mask by myself.
Only i beliebe to buy from US.
Is any one knows the shop in US is able to send to jpn?The manuifactre doesnt alow export from us,i know.but i wanna by it from US.apogize my bad english.

You sign up with them, the product gets sent to the address and forwarded by them to you.

Your only problem might be that you require a prescription in order to purchase a machine or mask.

Your other option is to by from a private seller. Some of our members sell machines this way.

We do have members in Japan - one I remember is britinjapan. If you send him a private message he maybe able to help you out.

Also check with import customs on your end and make sure you have necessary paperwork for the machine since it requires a prescription. I know someone in Japan who had to jump through some hoops because of customs at your end. It was a bit of a hassle.
It was declared as a cpap machine and customs held up delivery until proof of RX was supplied.
