SleepHead Fix?

Post by kona0197 » Fri Apr 04, 2014 2:37 pm

I'm having this issue with SleepyHead. Look at the AHI column under changes to RX settings. What's up with those numbers? is there a way to fix it?

Well, since there are 3600 seconds in an hour, and an event by definition lasts at least 10 seconds, the obvious conclusion is that multiple overlapping events have prevented you from breathing at all, and you are now, in fact, dead.

Given those numbers, I can only assume you are in a special level of hell created specifically for CPAPtalk.com forum members!

When you uninstalled SleepyHead did you go into the MyDocuments folder and manually remove the SleepyHead app data folder that SleepyHead places in there? I don't know if that would fix things if you did that and then a fresh install.

You have AHI showing like you don't have the Patch file but your 0.9.3 version should include the Patch. It isn't working for some reason..unknown why..most people don't have this issue with the Patch.

You might try the unstable Windows version (it's actually quite stable) to see if it does the same thing in terms of whacko AHI. If it does I don't know what to tell you except use Encore.
You can find the unstable version by going into the Unstable versions folder on the SleepyHead download page in my signature line. It doesn't include an installer though so you have to launch it by going into the main folder and clicking on the Sleepyhead application.exe file.

The unstable build refuses to import anything. Says it can't find any data on my SD card. The other build imports just fine.

The unstable build will import just like the other version.
I have it on my computer and have been using it for several months now.
Try creating a new location for import and pay special attention to where you tell it to go...stop at the root drive letter where the SD card sits..if you are pointing to the P Series folder you have gone to far.

I tried that. It wants me to select a file. I have to go all the way in the select a file. It will not let me stop at just select a drive letter.

SleepyHead doesn't do files...it does root drives only.
If it did files or folders it wouldn't be able to be used with multiple machines.

You did it with the other version...it's the same procedure. You are going to far into the SD card
If anything other than the letter of the drive where the SD card is sitting is showing in that little directory choose box..it won't work.

I'm telling you it will not let me choose just a drive letter. Do I need to post screenshots?

I guess you better post screen shots of where are at because you aren't going to get anything without it.
We have no idea where you are at and what you are seeing.

I open SleepyHead. I then click import. I am presented with this box. It will not let me select just my SD card, that is E:, it wants a file.

You have the P Series folder highlighted so it is looking in the folder and of course it will expect to see files.
You have gone into the P Series folder and that's too far.
Can you highlight just "E drive"? That's what I did to get this.
You did this correctly before.

Nope. I select the E drive (SD Card) on the left and click open and all it does is open the next folder on the E drive. On the bottom there is no "select folder" button, just a "open" button.

Pugsy, I finally got the unstable version to work. Same result as my first post, the AHI column shows all of those weird numbers.

It was a long shot.. Sorry.
You can use Encore.
I am out of ideas.
I couldn't tell about the rest of the data if it was just AHI that was off or not.

I can't use Encore Viewer. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit.
