Straight ASV machine ?

Do you know a none bipap/vpap ASV machine ? Or an ASV machine without bilevel feature.

Good part of ASV is that effectively treat most complicated sleep-disordered
breathing of complex sleep apnea, central Apnea and OSA but
The bad part is bilevel which is hard to comply with inhale/exhale
breathing rate.

It's not clear what you are asking. Could you elaborate just a little.

Treatment of central apneas requires a bi-level pressure changes so that te machine can breathe for you.

On inhale, the pressure is higher and inflates your chest and lungs.

On exhale, the pressure drops quite dramatically and lets you chest deflate and presses the air in your lungs out.
The difference needs to be significant since your muscles are not providing any help.

If your pressure settings are too strong for you to be comfortable, and if tweaking them by just a little does not change your therapy stats appreciably, then maybe considering tweaking.

In theory you could set PSmin to 0, which would make it seem like CPAP until it decided that you needed help.

I don't know whether they let you do that, though.
